Run Tweaking.com offline?

Because the program registers dll files and such, they write themselves to the registry, which my program cant control, so it is what ever registry is currently loaded, so the program has to be running inside Windows because of this. 95% of the repairs are registry related. :wink:

Thanks, Shane. I'm honestly not clear on this, since other progs do access the registry remotely (autoruns, NT offline password change, etc), but I take your word for it.
