fix for Windows Help and Support (HelpPane.exe)

If it is just resetting that one registry key, then yes I could add that.

I would have to see if that key is different on each version of Windows as well.

Send me a reminder about it in a couple of weeks. With the RTm version of 10 out I am going to be focusing on getting the program fully working with 10. because you know not all the upgrades are going to go smooth and I want my program ready to help people :-)
