I will be more than happy to include any custom color profiles into the programs :-)

You should be able to just make 1 and it will work on them all since I have the same color code in them.

Do you want to post any final version of it and I will put it with the programs? It wont be the default but it will be one of the presets a user can choose :-)

Thanks Shane, it's good to be able to give something back.

It looks like a few users have tried it out already

I have attached the final version ini file for Registry Backup, so that will work for all programs? I have named it "Gloss Black", as it gives users some idea of what to expect

Thanks, I have it with both WR and RB now and will be in the next update.

The technicians toolbox has a few more color settings, want to make one for that as well?

I added the one you sent me, it is in todays update. My only complaint with it, is on my monitor that red is freaking bright and is hard on my eyes to read lol

This is the problem I faced when making the colors. While something looked great on my monitor it wouldn't look so good on someone elses. In my case people said I was using to dark of colors on some of my first ones. That is because my monitors are L.E.D and freaking bright. Where as other people may have less bright and so on.

So I tried to stay in the middle on the colors. But sometimes it is good to have one for bright monitors with darker easier to read colors and have another for dark monitors with brighter colors to show up more.

I agree  :shy:

I tried it on a couple of monitors and a laptop here at home, it seemed OK. Then on a friend's PC at his house.....he has a very bright monitor and it nearly burned my retina out!  :artist:

Maybe I should "cool" it down a bit.

The red works with the colors but just needs to be a little darker. So the trick is to find the middle ground where it is easy on the eyes on both bright and dark monitors.

Or like I said make 2 versions of it one for bright and the other for dark.

Hi Shane,

Thanks for the feedback, I have darkened the red down a bit.

I see that you are planning to release a new update soon, from reading other threads.
I am attaching a revised ini file for Windows Repair and Registry Backup.

I will ammend the beta version for Technicians Toolbox to include the darker red too.

I am working on an update for the technicians toolbox, did you happen to have a finished color preset for it and I can add it to it in the next update?
