Reparse Errors

Hi....I am running Windows 8.1 and Windows Repair All-In-One v3.4.1  Program finds 3 reparse errors and I repair them and it keeps finding the same 3 errors.  Found and repaired at least 6 times.  Rebooted and still the same results.  All tests run in safe mode.  Any idea as to why the same three errors keep showing up after I repair them and is there a way to repair the errors?

Shane is aware of this and is coming out with a fix on Win-repair 3.4.2 i would ignore these errors for now ;)
