Unable to create Restore Points

when you do the vssadmin list writers command it should no longer be blank you should see around 9 writers on there. if it shows writers then i want you to try and make a restore point.

I was just starting to look for the Dutch equivalent for services, but no need for that now. I'll restart whole system and run vssadmin list writers.
Should have some results shortly.

dang it! okay open regedit go to this key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\EventSystem\{26c409cc-ae86-11d1-b616-00805fc79216}\EventClasses\{FAF53CC4-BD73-4E36-83F1-2B23F46E513E}-{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}-{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} and right click and hit export zip it up and post so i can view the keys....

OK, there's nothing after eventclass\, so I right clicked eventclass and exported the file. It's attached. Is that what you needed?
