Unable to create Restore Points

I suppose the storage settings can be altered?

hmmmm could be that..... vssamin not enough storage....(thinking out loud lol) Permissions can also be it as well mainly file permission... got it! so turn off and on system restore in the system protection tab on system properties. try creating a restore point if it fails then i want you to run the windows repair program run all the repairs just in case lol but i believe this actually is narrowed down to being permission related.

No luck...followed the instructions but the same error pops up when trying to create a restore point. I'll run the complete Windows repair program in safety mode tomorrow. I'm turning in...it's 3am!
