Looks all good. The permissions errors are normal as those files where currently in use on the system is all :-)

Everything else looked normal.

Thanks. Would I get these sames error if I run it in safe mode?

Yes, some files are supper locked. So those errors are ok.

I would add them to the ignore list, but I have a few things in there already. i want to test the performance of the ignore list if it is large first to make sure it isnt slowing things down :-)
