Surface Pro 3 stuck on login

My surface pro 3 running windows 10 was having trouble with some apps, tried to run tweak tool in safe mode. Now it's stuck on login screen...wont let me put in password. Please help.

did you login via the touch screen picture method or did you use pin or password method?
