VSS error

ah okay so i see one of the writers has an error. mainly shadow copy optimization writer.
First i need you to

if you can copy that to a txt file that would be great or get a snapshot. i usually don't like opening pptx files "security risks" lol plus they keep personal info on them of the created user than again all files do....
