Tweaking will not recognize my licence, windows 10

Greetings,
I am having a problem getting my pro license to be recognized.
I get a message to restart the program , and it will not register as a Pro license.
I have it installed on a PC with windows 10 Pro-OEM.

Did the machine come already upgraded to Win 10 or as an OEM Win 10 preinstalled ?

I dont know if you ever emailed me or not, but look at the email that was sent to you with the keycode, you will see the reg name that you have to put it, should be your email address and it is case sensitive. make sure that is what you are putting in and email me if you still have trouble :-)
