(SOLVED) Problem with Registry_backup 3.2.3 under Windows 10 x64

The new version has a problem to select one of the tabs Restore Registry, Settings, Help&Support
It just does nothing if I click on this tabs and no errors are displayed.
So the program starts with Backup Registry and nothing else can be selected.
The previous version was working fine and had no such problems.
