Computer doesn't work properly after using Tweaking.com

HELP!!!!!!  I downloaded and used the program.  Since then, a lot of my programs won't work properly.  System Restore won't work, HP Support Asst won't work, etc.  I need help ASAP to fix my computer back to where it will work.  I have Windows 8.1 and use Windows 7 on it.

- Did you make a backup with the backup program that came with Windows Repair ? Then you can try to restore the registry (with the same program).

Shane:
If you had the program make a registry backup before the repairs just use it to restore the registry.

Also did you make sure to run the repairs in safe mode and not normal mode? There are a lot of 3rd party programs that mess with the repairs and can break things.

Did you also make sure to do a chkdsk on the drive first as well?
