At least that's good news about Teredo and did you check its status in Properties ?
The 609KB ones are the 64 bit ones and the 222KB are for 32 bit, those details will give Shane something to go on, unless Julian gets in before Shane and he sees them.

Checked Teredo and it is working properly.

Just to let you know that Shane hasn't forgotten about you, it's just been the pressure of a rush of customers requiring help from his computer business.

I am wondering if the error message is showing because the modem is in constant use screening phone calls?

If that's what it's supposed to do then why should sfc snag it ?
Does Event Viewer have anything on anything failing ?
