cant write a line in command prompt [SOLVED]

(1/1)

hawkredtail:
I have windows 8.1 I want to add a command line so my laptop can boot into safe mode using F-8 Key. While in elevated command prompt, I tried to add this string to the command prompt line and it comes up and says it cant find the file?  Any work around to this?  I attached a file of the command prompt to show what its doing.

Boggin:
See if changing the brackets to read {default} does it as in this article.

You are correct I used { }  instead of < > and it worked!

Thank You

Boggin:
