How the system file contains the dimensions H x W JPG?

$MFT - Name, Size, Directory Path, Extension, Items, Files,  Date etc.
(?) - Dimension (without EXIF or without metadata !)

Note: JPEG (Exif)
JPG (No Exif, no metadata)
