BSOD is back

my my ; dos - win 7; can not figure out your need to backup the video too?
anyone have a solution that runs from a CD?

Startup repair error? root cause; No OS Found on disk
the OS is there, ROOT malfunction and why not add upgrade feature benefits?
try to run upgrade/install from CD gives the CD message not found,
F8 Useless in this case, all back screen

the only fix to remove message is easy recovery only then after it is removed may we continue with;

we need a repair separate from all repairs or included in repair disk options that will return MSFT display to its install state so the system will repair
its likely caused by a virus that attacks the Hz setting; resetting the video drivers display is required to solve this issue for all versions...

Has this occurred after running the latest version of WR or something that has happened out of the blue.
When changing the Boot order can you boot up with the install disk then ?
