Sysinternals Process Explorer:

Application not responding (Wait:WrKeyedEvent)

What does this information ?

jraju:
I only know that it is related to looping java exe , just hanging waiting for program response. The only solution to uninstall and reinstall.

Hi, If you try this
download dependency walker from here.
Just extract and run the exe.
Minimize
Go to the process explorer.exe icon
drag and drop the exe in the depe.exe box
It will show errors.
Do not bother
Just go to Profile menu and click start profile
Just check all the boxes as there is no harm in doing so.
click ok
once click ok, some activities will be going. Pl wait for finishing screen.
If there is no other bug, you will get the process explorer running screen.
You need not go to process explorer. exe to run.
Once run, the problem is fixed.
The download link:
http://dependencywalker.com/
Please tell if your problem resolved, otherwise, I am afraid of photo punch

By seeing the last box of dependency walker , if your exe is still not work, you could see the Red lines indicating the fault in details. Some it could call and correct and if it could not , will list those in red lines.
