AC Monitor has stopped working

AC Monitor has stopped working appears upon turning on co,puter. It says Microsoft Windows has stopped working and was closed and will notifiy me when there is a solution. Wel, I have benn waiting a NOTHING. I need too fix ASAP.

The only AC monitor I know of is with lexmark printers. Do you have a lexmark installed?
