Windows 8 wont boot past repair

completed tweaking and upon restart wont boot past repair screen.  tried reset, tried safe mode, tried system restore, and even though I set a restore point, none was listed.

any help appreciated

Any chance you could post a screen shot of picture of it so i can see what you are seeing?
