How to disable caching folders/subfolders ?!!

How to disable caching ?!
Every time open folders explorer.exe extremely reads all the time in the background. It is a mega annoying. Since I can remember this problem always exists in Windows 7.

Unfortunately, all solutions found on Uncle Google - failed!
