installed and ran tweaking now desktop screen black

It would help if we knew the OS you are using, but can you boot up into the advanced boot options to navigate to any of the repair options or into Safe Mode with Networking, to use the program again to restore from the registry back up or restore point you should have created before running WR.

I helped this user through email. His screen wasnt black, his wallpaper was simply gone. I got him all fixed up by simply setting the performance options in windows under the advanced tab in the system properties.
