[SOLVED] Internet fast, but pages load slowly!

Clean cache / restart - only helps for a short time!
Images, Links, Video, Audio, tabs load slowly.

Boggin:
Can you go Start - type %temp% and press enter.

If that is highly populated then click on Organize - Select all - Organize - Delete - confirm - check then box then click on Skip.

There should only be two or three small files at most left.

1 empty file, Used by explorer.exe
C:\Users\X\AppData\Local\Temp\FXSAPIDebugLogFile.txt

and web page still slowly load, even if I delete these files.

Removing temp files resulted:
Loss of open pages in Firefox (about:blank), and now them back (recovery) !!!?  :sad:

You would normally clear excessive temp files with browsers closed and normally they wouldn't delete if any were in use.

The ones that Firefox generate would be created again when you opened Firefox, but Firefox has always been heavy on temp files compared to IE and as previously clearing the cache only provided a temporary respite would suggest something else building those up.

Do you still get the slow in a clean boot ?
