Here click on this link download save and run this file don't check the aggressive mode. restart your computer when it finishes now if it does not work try running that fix it again but in aggressive mode. after that let me know what happens.

Note: I'm checking out that repair that windows is recommending and i'm gonna see if i can automate that for you. try this at the moment first while i work on that.
