How to translate a long text ???! 30000000+ character

How to translate a long text?
Russian and Ukrainian and Bulgarian to Polish  :wink: :wink:
The UTF-8 txt file size 49 MB
Any browser can not handle!
I shortened the text and always crashes browser and massive memory leaks and high CPU

When I come across an article not in English I will highlight the text - right click and select Translate with Bing, but don't know if it would succeed with that large amount.

Another translator I've used is Google Translate, but that has just been for when I've replied to a post in a forum that has been posted other than in English and I've reciprocated for the benefit of the Poster.

Not possible to handle HARD ERROR, hang, instability WebBrowser, very high use of RAM 99%, 100% CPU.

Boggin:
See if it will do it in Safe Mode with Networking so there will be less demand on the memory - however if the machine has to work hard the CPU usage will be high.

My CPU usage can go up to 100% when I'm running an antimalware scan, but as long as that fluctuates then it is doing its job and coping.

With text that long, any program/application is going to take up resources.

If the machine still cannot cope then just translate so much at a time and print it off.
