In msconfig have you tried checking the Normal Startup button to see if that will reinstate them ?

If you can open a Command Prompt (Admin) and enter rstrui.exe that may give you some restore points to revert with, but unless System Protection is enabled in Win 10 - which it isn't by default, then you won't have any.
