server not found error today for few minutes

Hi,
           When i clicked the usual tweaking.com site in my google browser, i could not log on to the page. I was getting server not found error for few minutes. I tried all the browsers and all says the same message . What has happened?

Huh that's odd ill have to ask Shane tomorrow and see what the server tells him. I unfortunately can't give you an answer. But then again it could be a hic up with your isp Provider. I dont know Lol. :smiley:

                     It is not for other sites. So the problem is not with my ISP. For some minutes, i tried to log in.
 Tweaking.com would not respond with immediate error message, server not found.
                      I tried other browsers as well
                      I tried by querying and thro answers in tweaking.com, same thing happened.
                      Moreover, the advertisements in the site, while loading takes much time to load and prevent even mouse from showing, round progress bar rotating..

Do you get the same when trying in Safe Mode with Networking ?

Also see if these cmds from an admin cmd prompt improve matters -

netsh winsock reset

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

shutdown /r /t 00

What do you get when you enter tracert www.tweaking.com
