Current Repairs Failing

Here is the message I keep getting
Starting Repairs...
   Started at (5/26/2016 3:37:04 PM)

   Done, but failed, at (5/26/2016 3:37:34 PM)
   Total Repair Time: 00:00:32

The current repair has failed to start 5 times.
Something is keeping the repair from running.

Try running the repairs in Windows Safe Mode. (This will keep 3rd party programs from getting in the way of the repairs)
If the repairs still fail then please post in the Tweaking.com forums for support.

I've tried SFCFix.exe  and SURT...and of course I ran the Pre-Scan, chkdsk, and sfc.

 Hoping someone has some idea's.

What antivirus are you using?

Avira, But it does not load in safe mode

Julian:
Some antivirus like to run in safe mode at times is why I ask.Hmm just to be on the safe side can you check if avira blocked anything in their logs.

Oh do you have any antimalware software installed.
