[Solved] How to fix: "Unknown Hard Error" - Warning System
Boggin:
As it uses .NET Framework then there should be an error in Event Viewer, but have you tried reinstalling the program and what version of .NET Framework do you have installed ? - apparently it also uses Visual Studio 2012.
From a Google, the level of .NET Framework and Visual Studio should have been installed with the program, but go start - type appwiz.cpl and press enter to see what you have installed.

--- Quote ---Let’s take an example where the .NET Framework Repair tool can be pretty helpful. Assume that we have .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile installed on a computer and the installation got corrupted due to deleted installation files from both Windows Installer cache ([%windir\Installer]) as well as from .NET setup’s own cache ([%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\SetupCache\Client]). Yes, when you right click on .NET Framework in Progs & Features you can select Change and then go onto Repair.
Depending upon which version of Windows you are using, you could upgrade .NET Framework to v4.5.2 or v4.6.1
Both have superseded v4.
Have you checked Event Viewer for any related errors ?
When you have problems with a program then I've found a reinstall often resolves, but have you installed anything prior to getting this error.
You could see if any of your start up items are conflicting in a clean boot by disabling all under the Startup tab and all non-MS services in msconfig.

I checked it:
Unfortunately this does not work, even after reinstall the operating system or repair the System!
I checked on different configurations
PC 1 Gigabyte P55A-UD4 i5, Win 7 Pro
PC 2 Asus Z97-Pro Version, Win 7 Ultimate
Laptop Acer Windows 7 Home or Pro I do not know what model
The same bug, so it is not the fault of my system
