Can not ignore these errors!
Because I will not to clear security descriptors during system startup.
To clear the security descriptors possible can without RESTART computer if server must work 24/7

The computer uses an AMD CPU that has a frequency lower than one gigahertz (GHz).

This is a very bad solution / very bad workaround , because it should run CHKDSK on my computer (previously worked without a problem!)



NOTE!!! I use the Intel Processor !!

Eg.
WR 3.9.X  some reason broken the application CHKDSK, or any important files associated with CHKDSK

Only SFCFix can fix "CHKDSK" but I do not want every time to repair "CHKDSK" if again something to spoil WR
