WR 3.9.1 bug tray ?

Can not restore the program to the system tray icon if  kill the explorer.exe process and run again the explorer.exe process

- Right. Windows Repair's tray icon should respond to a thing called "Events" (in this case the "Event'  called "Explorer.exe restarted") but that doesn't seem to included in the program code. I reported this - at least - once before but up to now the bug hasn't been fixed. The program that governs the tray icon keeps running but it doesn't make the tray icon re-appear.
