Eg. Run as Administrator
how to fix, restore, etc.?

Contex menu work but

I mean, that does not work:
Start -> Search Programs -> Cleanup Computer or CMD or other app
It should be run as an administrator (now there are no options)

Hi, Please see the information in the tutorial. it covers the cmd exe. anyhow will try to find fix. If your user profile is corrupt, then  repair windows is the only option to fix it.

  Do not repaired Windows for many years (Re-Install or Upgrade)
I do not have, Power-Users know better solutions.
