Startup Check 7 Missing Files

During startup I'm getting the message that I have 7 missing files. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Missing File: files\registry_backup_tool\Codejock.Controls.Unicode.v17.1.0.ocx
Missing File: files\registry_backup_tool\files\ManageACL_32.exe
Missing File: files\registry_backup_tool\files\ManageACL_64.exe
Missing File: files\registry_backup_tool\files\TweakingRegRestore_32.exe
Missing File: files\registry_backup_tool\files\TweakingRegRestore_64.exe
MD4 Hash Doesn't Match: files\registry_backup_tool\TweakingRegistryBackup.exe

Julian:
Reinstall windows repair see if that helps back up your settings.ini first and just drop it back in that folder.
