I apologize, I apologize, I apologize.

I believe there was a lot of miss communication. If I have caused much trouble, it was not my intention.

I started the final start fix button after doing all the suggested things, then the program never got started. It stalled.

i think your program has a good chance of solving 30 min. Boot/ Re-Boot. I went for the Pro program to show I truly want to get the problem fixed with your program. If you allow me please, to load your program again, opt for the Pro-Tweaking and ask you for help if the program stalls again ?

If you have already paid for the Pro version, when you go to www.tweaking.com and click on the download link, you'll be sent to this page  http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html where you can recover your product key after you have reinstalled the program.

Did you run the program in Safe Mode with Networking ?

I'd also download it in that mode as well should your antivirus program be corrupting the download.
