windows repair v3.9.3 (Pro Versioon) problem

Hi, I have windows repair v3.9.3 (Pro Versioon) and recently when I run I get a msg saying "Windows can't find updatetcp.exe". I am using windows 7 ultimate. Any ideas? thanks
