Do you have any problems with these in Safe Mode with Networking ?

Which browser are you using - resetting that to defaults could resolve your YT problem but run a command prompt as an administrator and enter -

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

shutdown /r /t 00
