What do you mean - you didn't buy it ?

That 0xc000005 must be one of the most ambiguous error codes going.

Anything ending in 5 is an Access Denied error.

With MS programs you can right click on them in Programs and Features - select Change/Repair and that can sometimes fix them, but if you are using a cracked version then MS has probably caught up with you.

Well uninstall it then - I've seen where that has caused problems before.
