scanned issue

Hi Shane.
Just got scanned by trend micro-sent from fb, apparently my pc is clean.  There is a lot of data left around from trend micro and my privacy maybe further compromised. I read some of the data.
Your advice where to go and what to do would be kindly appreciated.
