I was stationed in Germany in the late 60s when I was in the army and could manage a broken conversation, but that was as far as it went.

I don't go far enough these days to need another language, but Polish may be a language to learn given their number in the UK now.

Whose name - mine or the OP's ?

There's nothing in the OP's profile to suggest he isn't anything/anyone other than someone who is asking for help and I pulled my username out of the air :)

While I could use Google to translate your reply - I'll let you as I've asked.

- Download the latest version (v3.53) and try again.
- Untick the box "Always use Fallbackup ............... " in the "(Advanced) Settings" screen and re-run the program. Does the error still show up ?
- Is the user name "c:\Users\MSSQL$ADK" (See screenshot) the right user name ? Is the name corrupted ? Unicode problem ? Language problem (in Registry Backup) ? Is the "$" character throwing the RB program code "off the rails" ?
The "$" could be the reason why RB fails to backup those 2 hives.

(We have seen this kind of language problems before)

- The GUI has a button "View logs". click on it to the folder where those logs are. Zip them up and attach them to your next reply.

Das "$" könnte der Grund sein, warum RB nicht, diese 2 "hives" nicht sichert.

- Die GUI hat eine Schaltfläche "View logs". Klicken Sie darauf, um den Ordner, in dem diese "logs" abgelagert sind, zu sehen. Zip sie und fügen Sie sie bie an Ihre nächste Antwort.
