Black Screen with mouse system freezes returns

did you guys ever find a solution without reinstalling

Yes we tried all the normal restore points and last so called known

Dear Intel; Please kindly create a program to fix this issue as it is a black-screen issue and related to video drivers problem

Its a GOOD idea;

when someone restarts in safe mode, and this issue is here; can right click the mouse options to do ?

I'm not sure what you are asking for here, Rick.

I doubt that Intel monitor this forum so if you have any inquiries of them then I suggest you contact Intel.
