Your command of English is excellent but I can use Google Translate to convert to your language if that is a problem.

  chkdsk C:/f/r/x does not work as volume insaficient.

When you get that message in the command window can you right click on an empty space in the command window - click on Select all and press enter.

Right click in the forum reply box and select Paste and then we'll be able to see what you are getting.

Can you type n and press enter then follow my last instructions to see if you can post the output of the cmd window.
