UAC popup prompt switches between blue and yellow sporadically

I narrowed it down more ...
In Malwarebytes > Settings there is a choice for how much MB can get involved in "Account Control" - which probably stands for UAC / User Account Control in Windows.
click "Never" ... that does it ... prompts behave normally
However - now I'm not completely sure if disabling real-time protection is still involved
