Power failure during repair: Laptop not booting

Changed to a blue screen now

Boggin:
Any busy circles and are you using the USB or DVD ?

amf:
No busy circles (none since I selected Repair), used the USB

Boggin:
Can you try the DVD - you should be prompted to press any key to boot from CD/DVD.

amf:
Just as I was to do that came up with Two options
Restore or Advanced
