pro version not being accepted

 :confused: I do not understand. It has worked in the past but now when I put the registration code in the software says it is the wrong code. I am using windows 8.1 & I tried to update in safe mode & in regular mode & got the same results. I am thinking I need to uninstall download the latest version & reinstall. Hope that works. Been quite frustrated by my systems lately.   :shocked:
