Repair running havoc on my PC

This is getting pretty frustrating. About ready to throw in the towel and reinstall this PC.

It takes a while (all day) but it´s less headaches

If you'd entered the net user cmd correctly then it should have produced an Admin icon onto the desktop on the reboot.

If this is an OEM machine then a factory reset probably is the way the way to go.

Yes. I was thinking the same. I'll let you know what the outcome is.
By the way, I'm still getting red flag.

Well whatever is the cause of that will be resolved by the factory reset.

My best guess is that your userclass.dat is mucked up. One of these to methods should help you.
