Windows Repair error

I'm getting this error on startup of Tweaking.  What do I do?
MD4 Hash Doesn't Match: Repair_Windows.exe
    (Expected MD4:  4FB82CF8150C4A5F823A38A92D7875CA)
    (Returned MD4:  DB1F4253B41664DA674D750CFF7DCD47)

Boggin:
Reinstall it.

I've had that a couple of times.

Thanks.  The reinstall fixed it.
