With latest update, Windows Repair no longer launches

Hello...

I'm running Windows 10 Creator's Edition  - 64 Bit.  Never had any issues with Tweaking Windows Repair.  I[m a paid (registered) user of this software.  However, with this very latest update, the program will no longer launch.  I've tried everything - that is running as administrator, checking for compatibility mode - yet nothing works.  I even uninstalled it and reinstalled the latest version - all to no avail.  The program will not launch.  I'm an advanced user - not a novice - but this situation has me scratchin' my noggin for answers.

I noticed one or two other threads about this issue.  What could be the problem.  I even checked Windows Firewall and made sure to allow the program to pass through.  I'm running Avira 64 Bit Antivirus.

When did you last reinstall it as this was an original problem but has since been fixed.

Have you tried opening it in Safe Mode with Networking ?

Reinstalled it yesterday.  But I just downloaded and installed it again (v3.9.28) and now it functions.  Go figure.....

It's strange that because it was fixed on the 25th.

However it was reported as opening on one machine but not another on the 27th - waiting for that OP to come back on that.

After reading your thread I downloaded onto my existing version and it opened as it should on completion and then again on a separate try.
