License stolen

Hello, my license was recently hacked and is being used on another computer. Can you please tell me how to retrieve it through e-mail please?

It doesn't really matter as the license is to the named user and can be put onto a number of machines for the moment.

The only thing that can be done is to cancel that license and issue you with another one.

However, we only have your word that you are who you say you are and that you could be trying to cancel the license for the rightful owner.

There's nothing really to do here, but how did your license come to get hacked ?
