Can't install Windows Repair v3.9.35 program.

Oldernewbie:
I have downloaded and attempted to run the above program from two different sites but a dialogue box comes up telling me"Invalid Start mode: archive offset."
I am running Win7 Pro Sp 1 On an AMD Socket AM3 processor, MoBo; Gigabyte MA770T-UD3P. Protection by;  BitDefender Total Security 2017
Pls advise where do I go from here to get the program installed

Just to clarify, you have downloaded the program and selected Run for its install, or has it installed and it won't run ?

If it's the former, when you download it can you select Save and then see if it will install from its Application.
