YouTube on Microsoft Edge
Boggin:
Try setting it to Enable and then see if the Click to allow comes up.
There was something in that article that said it learned from that and remembered, but I don't know if that is the media such as for YT or just a particular video.
I tried that vid again earlier in Edge and thought at first it wasn't going to play as I just had a black screen with a busy circle which eventually froze and then the video played.
This article has an interesting section where you can uninstall Edge and then reinstall it.
I don't think you need to create another user account - that just looks to be another method of getting a pristine version of Edge.
However, don't forget to create a restore point first and check to see if it has been created before proceeding.
As a belt 'n braces, open the Windows Repair program and use Step 5: Backup to back up the registry - I've found that to be more reliable than restore points.

This morning I did follow your suggestion about reset Microsoft Edge browser to default settings in Windows 10 also reinstall Microsoft Edge too on the link of The Windows Club site. But still no go with YouTube. Guess that is the time not going further with this. Want to say thank you for your help trying to get this solved however still doesn't work. Few minutes ago I did try with my wife's laptop and hers working with YouTube on Microsoft Edge in Windows 10 Standard 32X.

There doesn't seem anywhere else to go, especially as they play fine in IE which would tend to negate anything in your Start up menu as the cause.
From the amount of other's solutions through Google, this seems to be a common fault with Edge, so I'm not sure if a repair install would help either but is all I have left to offer.
