Looks good :cheesy: - couldn't wait to download and then to upgrade to the Pro version. Thanks to Shane and all involved for a great utility!!!

Boggin:
If either of you are using Win 8.1 or above, can you create a restore point in the back up section and then check System Protection to see if it is listed.

It isn't doing it for me in my Win 10, but I'd manually created a registry back up first, although that shouldn't have affected that as Shane was able to create multiple consecutive restore points in his Win 10.

Apparently from Win 8/8.1 you couldn't create another restore point within 24hrs of the last one but Shane has sorted the registry keys to override that.

ProFix:
I was at a Clients today, when I opened the tool to run, as always, it asked if I wanted to update to 4.0, so I did. It DL the new files, but removed the start Icon, I click on the new 4.0 file and asked for a password to unzip, no clue what that would be...and was useless at that point... GRRR client wasn't happy I had to come back to run the scan, whith anothe FD, but didn't click to upgrade.  whats going on???  I paid for Pro, does going to 4.0 make your (working) tools not work any more.  FYI: I use this on flash drives... and all was working fine up until today...... any help with this??  Thanks all, and love this tool, (besides today)  Please help!!

Boggin,

Sorry, I'm still on Windows 7. I have the Registry Backup element of the program set to create an automatic backup every day if I fire up the laptop,  which works smoothly, and have the option ticked to create only one auto backup a day, so I don't create multiple backups per day unnecessarily. However, having that option ticked means that if you want to create a manual registry backup later that day, it won't do it unless you get rid of or move the auto backup for the day or temporarily toggle off the option to only create one auto backup per day. I have raised the issue but it's not been addressed. I realise the Registry Backup tool is not modified in WRAIO v4.0 but it would be nice to change this behaviour.

Pro fix,

I downloaded v 4.0 and installed over v3 Pro, then chose to upgrade to the v 4.0 Pro version, when I was taken through a payment process where I used PayPal to cough up 11 GBP plus VAT, which I was happy to do. During the process, there was some mention of 'modifying my product key to work with v 4.0' and then all was sunshine and light, with all features enabled.
